3652 days ago, I began dating the man that would later become my husband and the father of my children.
I met him a few months before we started dating and I COULD NOT STAND HIM.
He begs to differ and enjoys mentioning in his funny way that "my loins were burning" for him from the first time I saw him.
TRUST ME, the only thing burning was my annoyance with him. He was pompous and not what I was looking for. His friends called him the Governor because he could BS his way through anything, knew everyone, and could make friends with the wall. He was a Yankee from way up north in New York, but tried to pretend that he was born and raised in the south.
I eventually caved and we became friends and then on this day 10 years ago, I decided I could stand him.
We have done so much in 10 years together. We have seen many parts of this country and the a few abroad, laughed, cried, talked, argued, and loved our way in to this life that we now share with our precious children.
Happy 10 year dating anniversary Mr. Molly Lou. While you still annoy me at times, I can't imagine my life with anyone else.
